          Balla Institute of Technology & Management (BITM) has been formed with the vision of providing quality business education to develop strong and able entrepreneurs and managers. The institute is the sister concern of Balla Futures Trading Consultancy (BFTC). BFTC in turn is the Referral Broker of The Wall Street Banking Corporation and Trading Member of the Bombay Commodity Exchange.

LIVE PROJECTS:

          In addition to the prescribed long term project(s) we also assign short term live projects to all the students so as to make sure that they are exposed to different stages of business. This work consists preparing the project viability report of the proposed business, getting the necessary licenses and bank loans, process of initial public issue,

starting the business, process of the gestation period, advertising, beating the competitors, building the brand, meeting the break even point, preparing the balance sheet, making profits, achieving and maintaining brand loyalty, tax management & so on.

INDUSTRY INTERACTION:

          Guest lectures by successful entrepreneurs and senior managers of leading companies will be arranged at the campus. Local industrial visits and an industrial tour in major industrial cities will also be arranged.

SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT:

          Personality and communication skills plays major role in the modern MNC world. In recognition of this fact we have designed a two year fulltime program in personality development & communication skills that goes hand in hand with the regular curriculum. Skills in listening, comprehending, writing and speaking English effectively will be taught with special care.

CASE STUDIES:

          A minimum of three sessions per week will be spent on case studies. This will expose the student to the practical side of the industry. This will enable the student not only to trace the hidden problems but also solving them and presenting the solutions before a large number of future managers.

LIBRARY:

           A well equipped air conditioned library especially with current editions is our another asset. Here, along with academic books you will also find a large collection of other books that are meant for the over all development of your personality. In addition to this we are subscribing for a large number of general and business magazines & journals.
